Highly recommended, a must buy, worth any price.
If
you have any Macintosh computer then you need this book to provide
first aid and tender loving care to your Mac when it is ailing.
Yes, Macs do have problems. If you are running a dozen programs
you are going to get conflicts. If you attempt to let two capable
Mac users have access to the same computer in different work shifts,
you can be sure that the computer will get indigestion.

Although
many graphics people have a technician who can rescue them, at nights
or on weekends it helps if you know how to safeguard your system
on your own.
I
will provide more details as this section of the site is updated
seasonally, but as you can tell by looking at all the place holders,
I use this book all the time.
Where
I do most of my testing, a small town in Germany and in Guatemala,
I do not have any Mac technicians to help solve my problems. But
the Mac Upgrade and Repair Bible has enabled me to solve almost
all the problems that have plagued the Macintosh (9600).
