Hedler has introduced many new products since I last bought a Hedler unit (which was over 8 years ago). Check out their new web site.

An economical alternative to the expensive Dedolights are the Hedler Profi-Spots.

I liked them so much that I bought two of them while on assignment in Germany.

They are solidly built and withstand constant travel. In Germany almost all my lights are from Hedler. I bought my first Hedler lights about 20 years ago when I lived in Zurich, Switzerland. These two Hedler lights are still in perfect condition.

Most photographers prefer to have shadows stay shadowy.

But on several occasions I have won lucrative photo assignments because I was able to bring out detail in the shadows by delicate use of spots.
